IT Service Desk
The Service Desk at York College has been established to centralize and support all the College's technology needs.
In doing so, we are committed to maintaining outstanding levels of excellence for general and specialized computer experiences here at York.
The Service Desk is located in the Academic Core Building, Room 2E03D. Phone analysts and field support personnel work from morning to evening, supporting a wide variety of technical support and technical request challenges.
We also have recently installed a new campus-wide tracking and support database to help us improve the consistency of our support delivery.
