Service Desk

The Service Desk at York College has been established to centralize and support all the College's technology needs. In doing so, we are committed to maintaining outstanding levels of excellence for general and specialized computer experiences here at York. The Service Desk is located in the Academic Core Building, Room 2E03D. Phone analysts and field support personnel work from morning to evening, supporting a wide variety of technical support and technical request challenges. We also have recently installed a new campus-wide tracking and support database to help us improve the consistency of our support delivery. Educational Technology

The Center for Academic Computing and Educational Technology affirms its support of the York College Mission to "prepare students to develop technological literacy and skill." Our commitment is to maintain existing programs and developing new programs that encourage the use of computers and other technologies.

Web and Communication

Welcome to the home of the York College Web and Communication Systems. The York College Website/Content Management System is a dynamic organism whose mission is to enable members access and distribution of information effectively. The Webteam facilitate the creation and distribution of information thru the web, email and on campus screens.

Network and Data Center

The College-wide Computer Network provides network connections to support all academic and administrative areas of the college.
