Enter your York College Network Account and click login.
After logging in, click "My CV/PB."
The Contact information (name, title, phone, etc.) comes from the centralized college directory and is updated nightly or on-demand by modifying your CV. If you want to modify your room or phone number, visit the rDirectory (intranet or VPN).
Click Edit on the left toolbar (if you don't see the edit, please email rnunez@york.cuny.edu), you are now editing your CV. Your CV is divided into four tabs that you can go directly to edit: [default], [Experience], [Publications] and [Other Information]. Most fields in your CV are data grid fields, they allow you to have an infinite number of rows. Start by clicking the plus sign to add a new row, remove the row by clicking the trash can (on that row), or rearrange by dragging on the six-dotted icon. Note: Most of your publications can be in one of five statuses, only work in the Field of expertise is displayed in the overview. the CV view displays your work group by status as required by CUNY
After you make your changes, you can continue changing the other tabs or click Save to save and view your CV.

Education.
Personal Website.
Portrait.
Experience
Under the [Experience] tab, you can add, edit, or remove:
Areas of Expertise (Enter one area of expertise per line).
Brief Biography/Faculty Expert (limited to 1000 characters).
Full-Time Academic Experience.
Part-Time Academic Experience.
Non-Academic Experience.
Employment Record At this Institution.
Publications
Under the [Publications] tab, you can add, edit, or remove:
Books.
Articles.
Refereed Proceedings.
Non-refereed Proceedings.
Chapters in Books.
Government Reports or Monographs.
Book Reviews.
Presented papers, lectures, exhibitions, and performances.
Patents.
Publications Enhancements (displayed to the members of the P&B committee only).
Import publications from Semantic Scholar by the paper ID (by clicking on the funnel icon in the upper right corner of the category)
Other Information
Under the [Other Information] tab, you can add, edit, or remove:
Professional Honors, Prizes, Fellowships.
Grants-In-Aid.
Service To The Department.
Service To The School.
Service To The College.
Service To The Graduate Center.
Service To The University.
Offices Held In Professional Societies.
Other Professional Activities And Public Service.
Courses Taught.
New Courses/Programs Developed.
Hide CV from View (the overview is always shown).
Scholarship Enhancements (displayed to the members of the P&B committee only).
Teaching Enhancements (displayed to the members of the P&B committee only).
Creating a P&B application
Applying for First to Seventh Reappointments, Assistant to Associate, Associate to Full, CLT Reappointment or Promotion, and Faculty Leave
Enter your York College Network Account and click login.
After logging in, click "My CV/PB."
Click "Add" (paper icon with the plus sign). (If you don't see it, please email rnunez@york.cuny.edu).
Select the appropriate action (requirements vary from reappointment to reappointment. See P&B Online Action Grid).
Fill in the information required and save (by clicking on the floppy disk icon in the left toolbar).
Click the editing progress icon above the working draft on the left toolbar. Then, "change state," and select "Submit to the Department Chair," and click on the
You’re Done!
Your document is now pending the chair’s attachment and submission to the department P&B.
