Dr. Hutchinson is a graduate of the York College OT program. She is an Assistant Professor in the department. She earned her post-professional Doctorate in OT from Chatham University and an MA in Biomechanics and ergonomics from NYU. Dr. Hutchinson's primary area of expertise is hand therapy and school-age intervention. She is a passionate advocate and sits on several professional boards. She was awarded the NYSOTA 2020 Dr. Jim Hinojosa Memorial Lectureship and provided her lecture at the Annual NYSOTA Conference in November 2021. In the spring of 2023, she was a sponsored volunteer and visited Jamaica with the Smile a While Foundation.
