Dr. Carolyn Mont is a public health specialist experienced in all areas of healthcare administration and healthcare organization development. Her experience is grounded in government compliance and training and education for healthcare professionals in the field. She has conducted research in the effects of healthcare workers working within a COVID-19 patient care environment and presented her papers to professional staff at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University. Dr. Mont specializes in Federal government administrative compliance and management consulting in organizational reviews and organizational design. She works closely with Federal agency senior executives to respond to congressional reforms to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of agency programs. Her expertise allows her to skillfully educate students in multiple functional areas of administration, management and government compliance.
