Professor Jasmine Bratton-Robinson, referred to as "Professor Jasmine" is a certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse with clinical experience and expertise in Community and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing. She has been with the York College Nursing Department since Fall 2019. She earned her associate degree from New York City College of Technology, bachelor of science, and master of science in nursing degree from Chamberlain College of Nursing. Professor Jasmine is currently working on her doctorate with a focus in Nursing Leadership from the University of Southern Mississippi. Her personal philosophy is that education should not only focus on teaching and learning. It should be about the journey to knowledge acquisition for both the student and educator. Research interests include academic nursing leadership, health disparities, and mental health.
