Jenny Hartmann, LMSW, earned a PhD in Social Work from Columbia University in 2023 and a Master of Science in Social Administration (MSW) from Case Western Reserve University in 2012. Dr. Hartmann's research addresses the intersections of IPV and child- and family-serving systems in the U.S. and globally. Dr. Hartmann teaches generalist social work practice, HBSE, trauma impacts, and international social work. She has worked with refugees, child welfare and IPV agencies, and SBIRT. Dr. Hartmann worked as a research assistant with the Columbia Social Intervention Group and has collaborated with stakeholders in eight countries around the world.
