Pharmacology Exam
The pharmacology examination is a challenge exam for Nursing 200 and the examination is required for ALL RN to BSN students. The Pharmacology examination must be taken and passed prior to application for acceptance to the nursing program, at the junior level. Students are required to pass this exam with a minimum grade of 80%.
You must report to the Nursing Program office, located in the Science Building-room 110 in order register for the exam. Please be advised that a screening of your academic record must completed before you can register for the pharmacology examination. Students who are unsuccessful on the first exam are encouraged to seek assistance from nursing faculty. Students, who fail a second time, will not be accepted into the program.
The following courses must be completed with a minimum grade of a C, or the courses must be in progress for the semester before a student will be allowed to register for the pharmacology exam:
