The program emphasized the importance of ethics and the need to remain passionate in our work. To instill foundation, as well as keep students relevant in what was necessary to succeed in the field, the program provided us with continuous support, one on one assistance, and direct and continuous access to the pioneers of the program. They provided guidance and empowered us as we built a community amongst ourselves that would allow us to lean on each other as we fought through the curriculum and worked towards our goals and the expectations that came with the career. As a community, we struggled, laughed, crammed, and grew together.

I’ll forever be grateful for the life long connections I’ve made through this program as well as the knowledge I use daily as a licensed social worker.
