Athletics
Financial Aid Office
The Financial Aid Office will review the enrollment status of students at the close of the seventh (7th) day of the semester to determine their financial aid eligibility. Courses added after this day will NOT be considered for financial aid purposes. Direct loan recipients will have their enrollment rechecked at the time of disbursement.

First-Year Experience
The mission of the Office of First-Year Experience (FYE) and Mentoring is to facilitate the transition of first-year and transfer students to York College by creating opportunities and programs that enhance academic and social integration, introduce student support services, assist in leadership development and cultivate peer-to-peer engagement through mentorship initiatives and collaborative partnerships.

Welcome Center
Established in August 2021, the Welcome Center serves as a gateway and one-stop for prospective, current, and returning students, as well as visitors. The Center provides students with the opportunity to engage with student success coordinators who help them navigate the admissions process; clarify enrollment procedures; and explain requirements for financial aid, advisement, and registration.

York College's Office of the Ombudsperson is an impartial entity dedicated to providing assistance to students. Our office offers a safe and confidential environment to assist with college-related concerns, complaints, or disputes that have not been resolved through traditional channels. Additionally, we provide information and clarification on the college's policies and procedures.
