CUNY Recovery Corps Summer Jobs
The CUNY Recovery Corps is designed for students between 18 and 24 from select CUNY schools to provide career exploration opportunities and paid work experience.
CUNY Recovery Corps offers youth a unique opportunity to explore their interest and discover new ones through:
- Career Exploration: Flex your research skills and discover new career possibilities.
- Work Experiences: Students aged 18–24 improve their work readiness skills and explore career pathways through paid summer jobs in a variety of industries throughout NYC
- Community Building: Our democracy needs your voice. Learn valuable skills to become an active citizen at work and in your community.
- Earn Money: Get paid to participate! 25 hours / week @ $15 per hour.
Program Timeline
- July 5th / 12th Student Work Starts
- Aug 9th / 16th Student Work Ends
CUNY Recovery Corps students must be 18-24 years old, live in one of the five boroughs of New York City, be legally allowed to work in the US, and be a CUNY student across six weeks starting in early July. CLIP, CUNY Start, and Math Start students are eligible too!

Qualifications
- Must Be CUNY Students Registered Spring 2021 or Fall 2021
- Ages of 18 - 24
- Must live in the five boroughs of New York City, be legally allowed to work in the US
