Using Y-Connect

The New Y-Connect System is available now using a single point of entry for all students, faculty and staff and is available on or off campus without the need to use VPN.

1. Access by clicking on YCONNECT
2. Login using your York network ID and password (If prompted)
3. Click on "Have a problem? Report it" under Quick Actions
4. Provide a category and brief summary (optional attachment or screenshot)
5. Click on Save
6. You will see an Incident/Case #/Submitted Notification
