Project Status

The new system is up and running. IT is currently sending our communications for onboarding key event requestors who will be added to the system.

System Administrators, Event Coordinators, Service Providers and Events Requestors will start seeing training session schedules in early October. Everyone involved will get a chance to test and help tweak the system for what we hope is a November 2024 GoLive
