FDS/Reporting

Some York College employees are required to file Financial Disclosure Statements and other necessary forms in compliance with New York State and CUNY ethics regulations. These disclosures promote transparency and prevent conflicts of interest by ensuring that employees meet legal and ethical standards.

Financial Disclosure Statements (FDS)

York College employees whose annual salaries exceed a certain threshold or who are designated as "Policy Makers" are required to file annual Financial Disclosure Statements (FDS) under New York State Law.
